Once you have ordered a package, LPROPS will verify ownership and other details. We will schedule a Home Visit to verify particulars of the property you provide to us.

If you have photography and floor plan included in your package, we will arrange a time for photographs. Where possible, home visit and photography may be done on the same day.

After we have your photographs and floor plans, we will plan and advertise your properties in leading portals such as Rightmove,  Zoopla, Prime Location and others. We also use other channels to maximise reach of your property.

After your property is live, we will help you manage queries, arrange viewings and manage offers. If you are on Bronze package, our central office will co-ordinate these arrangements with you. If you are on Gold package and if you have left a key with us, we will confirm with you prior to visiting your property.

We do industry leading 7 point tenant referencing that includes some checks we do internally and few checks that is done by third party professionals.  We give you a report on these checks, you can then decide whether you want to proceed.

Using our platform both the landlords and the tenant can sign an AST

We collect first once months rent and  deposits from the tenant. We transfer rent to your account. We submit the deposit to one of the three deposit schemes.  

If you have not already ordered our other services, you will be given an option to add it after the agreement.

Some of our services are provided by third party suppliers, directly to you. While LPROPS has taken care to shortlist these suppliers, terms of these third party will apply.

A check-in inventory report will be done when the tenant moves into the property. 

Keys are handed over to the tenant.

The fee for check in inventory is paid for by the tenant.

– When the Tenant Moves Out, there will be a Check Out Inventory – Fee for Check Out Inventory will be paid by the Landlord(s)
